The ServiceNow GDN Assistant Manager is responsible for developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond, requiring expertise in design, development, and integration of ServiceNow in various modules.
Requirements
- Good design knowledge
- Will to research new solutions based on requirements
- Strong expertise in Design, Development and Integration of ServiceNow in ITSM, CSDM, ITOM, Knowledge Management, GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM, Reporting/Analytics, Custom application
- Proficiency in providing functional and Technical insight
- Knowledge in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, etc.)
- Exposure to ITIL Framework, IT Management Tools
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to Establish a rapport with clients and colleagues
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills & Ability to work Independently and with a team
- Ability to flexible to stretch and learn new Technologies/process whenever necessary
