Associate Director - Transformation (Financial Services)

KPMG is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to drive transformation initiatives within our Financial Services Consulting practice. The ideal candidate will have a combination of consulting and business experience, with deep expertise in Business and Technology Transformation, Process Improvement, Operational Excellence and Target Operating Models.

Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering transformation within the financial services sector, ideally at a senior level through consulting services
• Strong knowledge of the commercial and regulatory environment for the financial services sector and the changing horizon and technology infrastructure underpinning organisations transformation initiatives
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial acumen with experience in business development and proposal writing
• Good knowledge of best practice both globally and locally for transformation with an ability to think strategically and a motivation to learn and connect to topical and future sector thinking
