KPMG is seeking a Senior Manager - Operating Model to work with clients to review and redesign their operating models. The role involves supporting organisational operating model design, negotiating and delivering on client expectations, and ensuring customer/stakeholder satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in Management Consulting working across multiple sectors, ideally with strategy, customer and/or operating model experience
- A strong understanding of how operating models are influenced by and interact with, business strategy and business models
- Knowledge of digital operating model trends, drivers and exemplars
- Demonstrable track record of building lasting client relationships, winning new business and developing existing business
- Experience in coaching and mentoring junior team members
- An ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with project teams
- A 'can-do' attitude and a strong sense of ownership to get the job done in a practical and pragmatic fashion
- Excellent problem solving abilities
- An ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
- Proven written and oral communications skills and strong interpersonal skills
