Marketing Content and Event Specialist

Role Overview

KR Wolfe is seeking a Marketing Content & Event Specialist to support brand growth, strengthen industry presence, and drive lead generation across key verticals including healthcare, government, and commercial environments. This role is responsible for developing compelling, insight-driven content and executing strategic events that position KR Wolfe as a trusted partner in equipment installation, field service, and design-build solutions.

What You Will Do

Develop and manage a strategic content calendar, create high-impact content, plan and execute KR Wolfe's presence at trade shows and industry events, manage event logistics, and track and report on event performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, content creation, and/or event management
• Strong writing and storytelling skills
• Experience coordinating trade shows or industry events end-to-end
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership teams
• Proficiency with marketing tools (CRM, email platforms, CMS, social media)
