Provides on-line support to the Filler Operator and Arpac Operator for the manufacturing of Capri Sun liquid juice drinks.
Requirements
- Work with all departments to meet or surpass the plant’s safety goals.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Supervises Capri Sun Filler Carton Forming Machine (CFM); loads cartons, pouches into filler.
- Helps operator in clearing jams as well as breaking other utilities.
- Supervises quality issues and performs spot checks on pouch code legibility and correctness, weights, glue temperatures, seal integrity, straws, anvil water pressure, inflation air pressure, and pouches.
