Job Description
Provide exceptional customer service, assist pharmacist, and support company health and wellness initiatives while adhering to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Support company health and wellness initiatives
- Understand and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies
- Maintain current national and/or state registration, certification, or license
- Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities except those requiring a pharmacist's professional judgment
- Compound medications according to state and regulations
- Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription information matches computer records
- Complete CLIA-waived screenings consistent with state and federal law and company policies
- Provide additional health and wellness services allowed by state and regulatory bodies
- Comply with sanitation and safety regulations/guidelines/procedures and programs
