CNC Lathe Machinist - 2nd or 3rd Shift at Krones Inc. in Wisconsin, US. The job involves performing complex machine operations, setup, and programming on 2- and 3-axis Mazak Quick Turns, DMG Mori Lathes, and Bar feeders.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Knowledge of metric blueprints along with GD&T preferred
- Mazatrol conversational programming knowledge
- 3 to 5 years of CNC machining operation setup and programming experience preferred
- Knowledge of 2- and 3-axis Mazak Quick Turns, DMG Mori Lathes, and Bar Feeders is preferred
- Experience performing multiple setups per day and running different grades of material
- Strong math skills and the ability to work from detailed and involved part drawings and specifications to perform operations to the capacity of the machine and controls
