IT Support Engineer - End User Computing Solutions

KSM is seeking an IT Support Engineer - End User Computing Solutions to provide technical support to EUC users, install, configure, and update EUC software and hardware, and collaborate with IT Solution Architects to resolve complex EUC problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in providing technical support to EUC users.
• Knowledge and experience with EUC technologies.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
