Job Description
Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for electrical systems, assist electrical engineers, and generate electrical drawings. Collaborate in a multidisciplinary BIM environment and participate in clash detection and model coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modelling and documentation of electrical building systems
- Familiarity with modelling standards and electrical design principles
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks Manage
- Working knowledge of BIM 360 / ACC and Microsoft Office tools
- Understanding of electrical system types (e.g., power, lighting, emergency systems, grounding, fire alarm)
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work well in teams and meet project deadlines
