Job Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support our global IT projects, process review, and development requests across multiple teams and locations. The role involves bridging business needs with technical solutions and ensuring accurate delivery under pressure.
Requirements
- 3+ years of previous experience in a BA role
- Experience in delivering Process Flow documentation
- Proven experience working within agile frameworks
- Strong understanding of business process design, requirements gathering, and application architecture
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and agile tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with the ability to frame problems and solutions quickly
- Cultural awareness, inclusivity, and a cooperative attitude to build credibility and maintain relationships
- Flexibility and resilience under pressure, with effective work planning and prioritization skills
