Job description
Maintain the clean and neat appearance of assigned areas, report problems to the supervisor, and adhere to KW policies and procedures.
Clean hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, common room, and other work areas; clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and/or draperies; empty wastebaskets, ashtrays, and transport trash and waste to disposal areas.
Must have at least one year experience in cleaning condominium buildings, knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, and ability to use standard cleaning equipment.
