Job description
Perform routine maintenance on building interior and exterior, contact and schedule vendors and contractors for necessary building repairs and emergencies, and maintain an operating environment to achieve a satisfactory level of Resident's service.
Perform minor maintenance replacement and repair, complete work orders, perform casual labor, and routinely inspect building mechanical systems/equipments.
Must have the ability to react and address all emergency situations in a timely manner, effective written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work in a safe manner and recognize unsafe situations.
