Job Description
The Station Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of an assigned retail location, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience. The role requires strong organizational skills, leadership, and attention to detail while managing employee relations and maintaining a safe working environment. This is a position reporting to a District Manager with potential for advancement.

- Maintain uninterrupted operation by effectively scheduling staff and being readily available to assist when needed

- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds and lift and carry 1-3 years prior Management experience in retail, grocery or restaurant is required.
