Marketing Specialist (Life Sciences)

Join Kymanox, a life sciences professional services company, as a Marketing Specialist and be part of a dynamic team helping life science products get to market quickly, affordably, and with high quality and safety standards. The Marketing Specialist will own the end-to-end planning and execution of tradeshows and events, support full-funnel digital marketing programs, and develop proposals for the Commercial team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or communications with coursework or work-related experience in science or engineering
• 2-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in professional services, medtech, or life sciences
• Knowledge of Technical Writing and CGMPs and drug/device development
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
• Project management skills and ability to juggle multiple events, deadlines, and stakeholders
• Cross-functional collaboration and ability to partner with sales, business development, and project teams
• Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar) and MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement/Pardot, Marketo, or similar) and social media (e.g., LinkedIn)
