The role involves supervising on-site project personnel, ensuring smooth shipboard operations, managing documentation, and addressing safety concerns. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing daily leadership and ensuring project progress.
Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise and coordinate teams in technical or trade environments.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of MS Project schedules.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address issues.
