Data Architect – Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Architect to join Kyndryl’s Applications, Data & AI (ADAI) practice, supporting strategic enterprise data transformation initiatives on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate combines strong architecture expertise with hands-on delivery experience designing modern, scalable, and governed data platforms.

What You Will Do

Design and define enterprise-scale data architectures on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), gather business and technical requirements, and lead implementation teams to deliver enterprise-grade data ecosystems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise data platforms and architectures
• Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform services such as BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Dataproc, Composer, and Vertex AI
• Proven expertise in modern data architectures including data lakes, data warehouses, and lakehouse patterns
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating implementation activities
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT frameworks, orchestration, and data integration patterns
