Survey Technician

We are seeking a qualified Survey Technician to perform survey work related to topographic and boundary surveying, construction staking, and structure monitoring. The successful candidate will assist a survey crew chief and work under the direction of Licensed Professional Surveyors.

Requirements

• Assist survey crew chief in the completion of survey field assignments
• Follow prescribed safety practices for Land Surveying
• Operate advanced survey technology
• Process data and prepare maps and other work products
• Drive a passenger vehicle
• Wear personal protective safety gear
• Work in cold or hot environments
• Ability to carry 30 to 60 pounds of equipment
• Move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces
