Pharmaceutical Production Unit Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a Production Unit Manager to oversee the pharmaceutical production unit, reporting to the Production Department. The role involves managing production activities, ensuring quality and proper functioning of installations, and supervising a team of approximately 40 employees.

What You Will Do

The main responsibilities include piloting production plans, managing production activities, and ensuring the quality of products and installations. You will also be responsible for planning human, material, and technical resources, and defining improvement projects for the unit.

Requirements

• Pharmacy or Engineering degree (Bac+5 or equivalent)
• At least 5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry on similar positions of service production management
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical processes (weighing, manufacturing, filling, and packaging)
• Mastering of BPF
• Knowledge and mastery of continuous improvement tools (5S, 5M, QQOQCCP, 5 why)
• Technical English
