We're looking for a Business Development Specialist to generate and qualify new business through outbound prospecting, build a strong pipeline, and support quotes, proposals, and RFP responses.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or high-activity customer-facing roles
- Proven ability (or strong drive) to prospect, cold reach, and open doors
- Competitive mindset—you like targets, metrics, and winning
- Strong communication skills with confidence on the phone and in writing
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple opportunities at once
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Excel; B2B experience is a plus
