Job Description
The Siding Crew Leader is responsible for coordinating and completing the work of a job with a crew under a Project Manager, delivering Lakesides Values and Mission while ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves installing and maintaining Siding, soffit, fascia, and trim, accurately measuring, fabricating, and installing materials. The ideal candidate will be a team leader and provide training and supervision of laborers and apprentices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to lift heavy equipment
- Ability to climb a ladder
- Ability to handle heavy labor
- Must pass a drug screen and background check
- Willingness to commute to jobs in the St. Louis Metropolitan area
