Assistant, Laboratory

We are looking for a part-time Lab Assistant to join the team at our Stillwater Clinic. The Lab Assistant serves all patients by performing laboratory procedures and supporting departmental, clinic, and organizational operations in alignment with HealthPartners’ philosophy, policies, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Phlebotomy certification and/or previous phlebotomy experience
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills
• Ability to learn and retain information regarding patient care procedures
• Six months of experience in a laboratory-specific role
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of health care field
