Develops, implements, and maintains quality control systems. Oversees development and implementation of standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating product precision, accuracy, and reliability.

Requirements

• Cross-functional leader of the quality business process health, execution, and effectiveness between customer, field, and factory resources.
• Ownership of the customer executive-level escalation process, execution, resolution, and accountability within the field and factory.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all facets of the quality business processes end-to-end.
• Leading regular and special cross-functional teams as needed to meet well-defined CFT deliverables.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Qlik, SAP, IE, etc.
