Job Description
The Field Service Engineer 2 role at Lam Research involves providing on-site repair, maintenance, and installation services for complex semiconductor equipment, working closely with customers to deliver exceptional support and maintaining records and reports to coordinate activities between Lam and customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience
- Proficiency in interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics
- Able to work in a clean room environment
- Frequently position oneself for extended periods
- Able to travel frequently, domestically and internationally
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of semiconductor capital equipment
- Communication skills in English
