Role Overview

As a Technical Program Manager at Lam, you will lead cross-functional teams through successful project execution, blending technical excellence with strategic planning to deliver new labs. You will manage implementation of Lam lab architectural, automation and operational guidelines during the design, build and startup of a new Lam lab.

What You Will Do

Ensure integration of Lam lab architectural standards and Best Known Methods (BKM) in the design and build of the new lab. Direct the goals and roles and responsibilities of any assigned project managers. Over-see the optimization or creation of technical product offerings, processes, or programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 8+ years’ experience; or a PhD with 5+ years’ experience; or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of continuous improvement or technical program management
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and demonstrating excellent leadership and influence skills to deliver results
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills with the ability to present to audiences at all levels in the Company
