The Co-Product Technician role will be able to safely and efficiently operate and adjust all equipment in multiple processing and packaging areas; monitor product quality, line flow rates and waste streams; actively identify and solve problems which affect safety, quality and production costs; make line changes to improve processes based off of our Core 4 working with Production Leads, Team Leaders and Line Structure Teams.
Requirements
- Operates cohesively with all Co-Product team members in management of the Co-Product processing and packaging areas;
- Conducts proper checks per procedure and by request of Production Lead, Team Leader Production, Team Leader Quality, Team Leader Area Production, and Line Structure Team;
- Owns daily sanitation of the line, including line break sanitation processes, general housekeeping and maintaining a food safe work environment;
