Job Description
We are looking for a creative Brand Designer to visually shape, develop and bring to life our brands across all touchpoints. The role offers a lot of design freedom, ownership and direct impact on one of the fastest-growing consumer startups.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Brand Designer, Art Director or comparable role
- Relevant experience in brand-driven consumer environments, ideally in food, lifestyle or fashion brands
- Very good sense of typography, layout, color worlds and visual hierarchies
- Ability to work creatively-conceptually and hands-on operationally
- High quality standards, attention to detail and ownership mentality
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams
- Secure handling of common design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
- Experience in using AI tools for creative content generation and prototyping (e.g. Midjourney, Nano Banana)
- Fluent German and English language skills
