As an intern in the People & Culture Management department, you will be the right hand of our People & Culture Lead for everything related to our LANCH Group (HQ Functions). You will combine People Operations and Talent Acquisition and ensure that the Employee Lifecycle of our Group-Teams runs smoothly - from Recruiting to Onboarding to Offboarding.
Requirements
- Support the operational HR everyday business like On-/Offboarding, contract processes, documents, master data, etc...
- Maintain our HRIS (Personio) and ensure that the data is clean and up-to-date.
- Prepare the payroll and salary statements for Group in consultation with Finance/Payroll.
- Design our modern office in Berlin-Mitte actively and ensure that everyone feels at home.
- Coordinate our daily team dinners and weekly team lunches.
- Take care of Interior, Supplies and everything that makes a functional and beautiful Workspace - with your own ideas and a lot of hands-on.
- Accompany the recruiting for selected Group roles - from posting to signed contract.
- Work with Hiring Managers, sharpen profiles and coordinate the process (screenings, interviews, feedback).
- Help with Active Sourcing, building Talent Pools and developing our Candidate Experience.
- Support with Employer Branding Activities for Group (e.g. Events, Content for job postings, career site).
- Work on People Initiatives that strengthen our culture (e.g. Offsites, All-Hands, Temevents).
- Bring your own ideas on how we can improve processes and make LANCH an even more attractive employer.
