Job Description
Project Manager I supervises and coordinates the completion of a project on time, within budget, and within the quality standards specified. The Project Manager I manages all aspects of a single, large project including cost control, schedule management, subcontractor/supplier/labor relations, document control, etc.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in residential and mixed-use building construction.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Science, Architecture, Business Administration or relevant major preferred.
- Scheduling & Job Cost software preferred (Primavera/P6, Microsoft Project, Procore, Prolog, etc.)
- Minimum 3 years of direct supervisory experience.
