LSA is seeking a Vietnamese - Telephonic Interpreter for their network of Independent Contracted Interpreters. The role involves handling telephone calls on demand, providing excellent customer service, and adhering to professional conduct standards. Training and Quality Assurance are key.
Requirements
- Full fluency in both English and Vietnamese
- Proficiency in technology (web-based platforms, email, Microsoft Word)
- Soundproof interpreting space
- 2+ years of professional interpreting experience preferred
- Industry specific certifications/trainings preferred
- Medical interpreting training preferred (40+ hours)
