The Investment Banking Team is looking for a VP to be based in Hong Kong to cover our Consumer Retail Group (CRG) with good exposure to China and non-China deals in this sector.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a financial discipline.
- Minimum 5-7 years’ investment banking or equivalent experience.
- Experience working within M&A / IB, ideally covering Consumer / Retail clients across Asia, with exposure to both China and non-China clients and transactions
- Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English is ideal.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, and a deep understanding of transaction nuances specific to retail and consumer sector.
- History of outstanding academic and professional achievement.
- Strong team orientation and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with team members in multiple groups and regions.
