We are looking for a Digital Product Manager β Associate to join our Transaction Banking division, focused on delivering innovative self-serve web capabilities for our corporate clients.
Requirements
- Define product requirements for self-serve web features
- Document clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Support in creating and maintaining a detailed product roadmap
- Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization of features
- Collaborate with UX design team to ensure digital solutions meet usability and accessibility standards
- Present complex ideas and processes in easy to consume presentations
- Analyze user behavior, feedback, and data to continuously refine and enhance product features
- Work with sales, relationship managers, and support teams to gather insights on client needs and pain points
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards
- Manage inter-team and technology dependencies to mitigate project and product risks
- Develop and nurture collaborative working relationships with key internal partners
