Job Description
This position is for a Civil Project Manager to join a growing civil engineering and land development team. The role involves managing projects from start to finish, overseeing workloads, mentoring engineers, and ensuring projects meet regulatory requirements in MD, VA, WV, and PA. It offers a hybrid schedule with 3 days remote and 2 days in-office.
Requirements
- Active PE license (preferred)
- 10+ years of civil engineering / land development experience
- Proven leadership and management background
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Strong communication and organizational skills
