High School Diploma or equivalent, State of Virginia Real Estate Salesperson License, Ram Certification
PT Groundskeeper-The Landing
High school diploma or equivalent and ability to perform physical functions such as bending, kneeling, and lifting
Maintenance Technician Floater
High school diploma or equivalent, minimum of 1 year maintenance trade experience, and Type I & II CFC Refrigerant Certification
Maintenance Technician-Merrimack Landing
High school diploma or equivalent + 1 year maintenance experience. Type I & II CFC refrigerant certification (or ability to obtain)
Maintenance Technician-The Landing
1+ year maintenance trade experience, High School diploma or equivalent, Type I & II CFC Refrigerant Certification
Construction Project Manager
Bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent experience, 5+ years of experience in construction project management, strong communication skills
