Requirements

• Implementation of projects in the area of technical facility management
• Monitoring and coordination of maintenance and repair measures
• Support in planning and calculation of service concepts
• Staff deployment planning and leadership of approximately 20 employees
• Compliance with technical and legal regulations
• Elaboration and creation of renovation proposals
• Creation of shift and maintenance plans
• Identification of weaknesses in technical systems and elaboration of continuous improvement proposals
• Spokesperson to customers and employees
