Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategy Consultant with banking experience to lead high-impact strategic transformation projects and support business growth initiatives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in strategic business transformation in Banking sector
- Previous experience at a recognised consulting firm (e.g., Big Four, McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar)
- Strong background in business strategy, market assessment, and transformation projects in Banking sector
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and deliver under tight timelines
