- At least 3 years of experience in B2B outbound sales
- Outstanding skills in benefit argumentation, active need assessment, answer handling, and goal-oriented conversation leadership by phone
- High professionalism in contact with demanding target groups
- Very good self-organization, reliable work attitude, performance mindset, and experience in working with modern CRM systems
