Job Description
This is a leadership role that requires a director to manage staff, promote the growth of children, and create a positive environment in a child care center. The director will be responsible for implementing company-provided curriculum, ensuring the center meets company and state licensing standards, and building a positive partnership with the community.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience
