At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Director in a licensed child care facility. Associates or Bachelor's degree in ECE is preferred
Center Director
2+ years of experience as Center Director, Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, CDA
Assistant Director
At least 21 years of age, 1 year of leadership experience, and high school diploma or equivalent
Area Manager
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 5+ years leading in a general manager role, and demonstrated performance record are needed. Proficiency with MS Office/PowerBI & data analytics is also essential

21+ yrs of age, minimum 1 year childcare experience, high school diploma or equivalent required. Must comply with state requirements & school standards
