Job Description
The Area Manager leads the performance and operations of multiple school locations (5-8) within a defined geographic area. This role focuses on driving school performance, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making, and involves frequent travel between sites within the Central Valley corridor.
