Requirements

• Experience in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS B2B Company
• An understanding of how companies and organizations work with goals, skills development, and learning
• An overall interest in L&D
• An ability to quickly learn new digital tools and define yourself as tech savvy
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, is required for this position. Additional languages are meritorious
