Licensed Social Worker

Stafford Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LISW) to join our team! Requirements

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments
• Provide individual and group psychosocial therapy
• Develop, implement, and update person-centered treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with Medicare and Medicaid guidelines
• Collaborate with facility leadership, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
• Advocate for residents and support emotional, behavioral, and psychosocial needs
