Job Description
Legacy Home Maintenance, a division of SAGA Construction, is seeking a Maintenance Technician specializing in painting and sheetrock repair. The role involves diagnosing and repairing defects in new and existing residential/commercial properties, maintaining materials, and providing excellent customer service. Requirements
- 1+ years of proven service or maintenance experience
- Current and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Well-organized with excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work weekends and lift up to 50 lbs.
