Groundskeeper

We are seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior areas of a multifamily community in a clean and litter-free condition. Responsibilities include grounds maintenance, landscaping, exterior upkeep, pool and spa care, and apartment turnovers.

Requirements

• High school degree
• 1-2 years of experience in groundskeeping or a related field
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor
