Construction Superintendent

The Construction Superintendent leads and manages all field construction operations on a hyperscale data center project, from mobilization through final turnover, ensuring safety, schedule, quality, and coordination across all trades and disciplines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 8–12+ years of commercial construction experience
• Proven experience leading field operations on hyperscale data centers
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and commissioning processes
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and schedules
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction field management software
