Job Description
Maintains the grounds and cleanliness outside and surrounding each building in accordance to the established quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- Constant patrol of all grounds to ensure all standards are met
- Empty all trash cans and supply fresh can liner
- Constant collection and gathering of trash & debris/linen bags maintaining property clean
- Cleaning exterior buildings and walkways to ensure they are free of dust, debris, cobwebs etc.
- Cleaning of grills around the property and reporting any maintenance needs to keep equipment working correctly
- Sweeping and mopping of all landings and steps
- Blowing/Sweeping of curbs, sidewalks and parking lot
- Pressure washing
- Responsible for maintaining and trimming plants and shrubs that are under 6 feet
- Removing dead leaves from grounds
- Complete various additional tasks and assignments as needed
