We are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to support our growing electrical construction team. In this role, you will work closely with the Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee commercial, industrial, and healthcare electrical projects from start to finish.
Requirements
- Support the Project Manager in all phases of project delivery, from planning and budgeting through final closeout.
- Prepare, maintain, and organize essential project documents, including contracts, schedules, budgets, change orders, invoices, and progress reports.
- Serve as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, inspectors, utility companies, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and collaboration.
- Monitor project progress, costs, and quality, proactively identifying and resolving issues or risks.
- Ensure strict compliance with codes, industry standards, regulations, and company safety protocols.
- Provide guidance and support to field staff while overseeing subcontractors and vendors.
- Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and attend project meetings to ensure smooth operations and alignment with project goals.
