Construction Management Intern/Co-op Fall 2026 - Energy Solutions*

We are seeking a motivated Construction Management Intern/Co-op to support our construction team in the successful execution of projects. This role provides hands-on experience in construction management, project coordination, and fieldwork within the commercial HVAC/mechanical systems industry.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Basic understanding of construction processes and mechanical/HVAC systems (coursework or prior experience is a plus)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with various project stakeholders
• Willingness to travel to job sites as needed
