Job Description
The Bowers Group is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Project Manager to join their team in the DMV area. The Project Manager will drive the delivery of construction projects, including data centers, medical facilities, and commercial and Federal buildings. Key responsibilities include mentoring and managing assistant project managers, communicating with general contractors and owner's representatives, and managing project costs and schedules.
Requirements
- 5+ years of mechanical construction project management experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to walk long distances, stand for extended periods of time, and traverse different types of terrain and elevations
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs from different levels
