Leidos is seeking a Change and Configuration Manager to lead teams in the continual enhancement of the Cloud One platform network and common services. The ideal candidate will have experience with ITIL service management, change management processes, and cloud environments. This is a hybrid remote position with a mix of onsite work required.
Requirements
- Develop, implement, and oversee the Change Management process at the portfolio level
- Serve as the primary Change Management authority for a large-scale Cloud Hosting program
- Ensure all projects within the portfolio adhere to established Change Management policies and procedures
- Lead the program's transition from a pre-deployment approval model to an agile-aligned model
- Chair and facilitate CAB meetings, ensuring changes are properly documented and approved
- Collaborate with program leadership, PMO, and project teams to align Change Management process with Agile delivery cadences
- Establish and maintain Change Management documentation, including policies, standard operating procedures, and reporting dashboards
- Monitor and report on change compliance, change success rates, and backout/rollback activity across all program projects
- Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement across the change lifecycle
