Requirements
- Proven experience in leading teams, preferably in the logistics sector.
- Knowledge of transportation processes and efficient route planning.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to motivate, guide, and develop a team.
- Analytical skills, with a focus on problem-solving and process optimization.
- Experience with the use of MS Office 365 and ERP systems.
- 3 to 5 years of work experience in a leadership role.
